What is The Threshold?

A threshold is the space between what was and what's next. It's not a failure. It's not a crisis. It's a passage — and it calls on us to pay attention

The Threshold program is a four-week live course designed to help you understand where you are, find your footing, and begin to move forward — without rushing through or bypassing the discomfort..

It's not about having all the answers. It's about learning to trust yourself and develop the resources to navigate through the uncertainty.

We meet weekly on Zoom in a small, intimate group of women. Each session combines teaching, reflection, conversation, and practical tools you can use immediately. There's nothing rigid about it — it's warm, real, and grounded in the belief that change, however hard, can also be a doorway into something more aligned with who you truly are.

WEEK 1

Recognising the Threshold.

We name what's happening — without judgment. You'll understand why transitions feel disorienting even when we have chosen them. You will begin to identify what's ending and what's calling you forward

WEEK 2

Navigating the in-between

The messy middle is real — and it's not a sign something has gone wrong. We look at grief, uncertainty, and the stories that keep us stuck. You'll find ways to be with the not-knowing instead of fighting it.

WEEK 3.

Listening to your heart

Underneath the responsibilities and obligations of your life, what do you actually want? Midlife actually calls on us to start asking ourselves these questions. We work with values, desire, and your body as a source of knowing — so you can begin to separate the voice of fear from your own wisdom.

WEEK 4

Stepping Through

You don't need a complete roadmap, you just the next step. We explore who you're becoming, what courage actually looks like in practice, and how to keep listening to yourself long after this course ends.

Hey, I'm Dannielle!

I'm Dannielle — founder of Wholehearted, facilitator, educator, and creator based in regional Victoria.

For years I've been creating spaces where women and girls can come home to themselves — through transformation programs, women's circles, theatre, and movement-based work. I've also lived through my own thresholds, and I know how disorienting it is to stand in that in-between space with no clear map.

What I know for certain: you don't need to figure it all out. You need a space where you're genuinely seen, tools that actually work, and the company of women who are in it with you.

That's what The Threshold is.

Do I have to attend live?

The live sessions are where the real magic happens — the conversation, connection, and being in the room with other women. That said, every session is recorded and shared with you, so if life happens, you won't miss out completely

What if I'm not sure I'm "in" a transition right now?

If you're drawn to this course, trust that. Thresholds don't always announce themselves loudly. Sometimes it's a quiet restlessness, a sense that something needs to shift. That counts.

I'm really busy. Is this going to be another thing that adds pressure?

Four sessions over four weeks, 90 minutes each. That's it. There's no homework that will stress you out — just optional reflection prompts for when you want to go deeper. This is designed to resource you, not drain you.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a personal development and transformational course — educational, experiential, and deeply supportive. It's not a substitute for professional mental health support, and it's not trying to be. It's its own thing, and for many women, it's exactly what this moment calls for.
